TNV News update on 2015 version of 9001 and 14001 standards. Happy New Year ‘2016. As you know that the standards 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 has been issued on 15/09/2015. TNV would like to apprise you all the transition policy and the views/methods for the certified clients/new application of clients for certification and validity conditions. A) Certified Clients Status: a) All TNV certified clients must be audited and recertified to 9001/14001-2015 preferably before 14/07/2018 and certificates must be reissued before 14/09/2015. b) This transition can be done during the 1st/2nd surveillance as per the status of due date c) This transition can also be done during and scope extension visit B) New application of clients: Both 9001:2008/14001:2004 existing versions and 2015 version of standards will coexist till 14/09/15 and certificates can be issued against any of the new/revised version till 14-09-2018. And No new certificate against 9001:2008/14001:2004 will be issued after 14-09- 2018 B) Auditors/Reviewers status: All auditors who are willing to conduct audits/review the reports as per 2015 version must get them self qualified by following the TNV transition procedure and can contact QM for the same. Also the application form and reports set as per the revised standards 2015 version can be requested from QM for the initiation of the certification process as per the needs of clients.
