Doha Qatar using name and marks of the TNV and Exemplar Global which is in voilaiton of the rule of the TNV, TNV dont have any relationship with this company and action have been initiated agianst the misuse, user are advised not to execute any relationship based on this fake claim. A webiste is known as ISO Delhi and maintaining webiste ISO Delhi https://www.isoindelhi.com/iso-inernal-auditor-training.php claiming relationship with TNV and offering servcies which is unauthorised and we dont have any relationship with this company. this disclaimer is made to deny the claim made by the website and action have been initiated to remove the marks. TNV Dont have any relationship with K2A Management Training Academy -Cambodia while they claims on https://www.linkedin.com/in/jaysonaguilar01/ in “About” section in his profile noting that he participated in Exemplar Global certified course with K2A. Dr Madhu Aman Sharma is CEO of K2AA and is the Oman country head for TNV. K2A references certified training on its website. this claim is fake and we deny with any such relationship. International Job Providers Private Limited is not a company registered and this company have no relationship with TNV, they are using fake certificate, we notify the people not to believe fake certificate used by this said entity (which actually dont exist), thier address is fake and no correct contact details available. if someone can provide, please provide thier contact details to initiate legal action against this company. 7. OXEBRIDGE QUALITY RESOURCES INTERNATIONAL Misuse of Logo
Oxebridge is an agency which seems to fabricate fact and create complaint against the TNV, there is nothing new in the behavior of this agency, we have noticed that they keep complaining against other credible institution too like IAF, APAC, UKAS, ANAB, ILAC, A2LA to promote their website for more sale as they claim that they don’t have sales team, VP Operation of the said company, Mr Christopher Paris seems he own a film making company too, they are regularly filling baseless complaint and without waiting for response, they publish all communication on their portal without our consent, It seems that he is driving an agenda against us, therefore TNV have decided not to share any information with him, he is making these complaint to create news for their portal to attract more donation and in this process they are using confidential information like TNV’s registered Logo even Photo of our Director etc. Information used are confidential for TNV and act of Oxebridge is violating the right of the company and board members too. Their act is unlawful manner, action have been initiated against him. oxebridge quality resources international llc is the owner of the said website www.oxebridge.com. We hereby claim that neither TNV nor its management have any relationship with this agency and use of our marks are in Violation only. We have been infomred by one person with evidence that this organisation is claiming to be business associate of TNV and presenting a fake letter of business association, which is fake and have no validity, Public notice is issued that dont believe on this fake claim and never deal with them. 10. Public Posting Misuse of Logo
We have noticed that few website like isoupdate.com, esuppliersindia.com, justdial.com and zaubacorp.com etc are updating the informaiton of the TNV and false details are given at several place, TNV keep ourself away from all these information and advise our client and other stakeholder not to rely on these informaiton. for any complain, kindly write to md@isoindia.org to report such misuse or to ask for any clarificaiton in such situation.
