: Leadership and commitment
The management shall demonstrate leadership and
commitment with respect to the Information Security Management System by:
(a) Taking accountability for the effectiveness
of Information Security Management System
(b) Ensuring that the information Security policy and information Security objectives are established for Information
security management and compatible with the context and strategic direction of
the organization.
(c) The Information
Security Management System and the
business activities are integrated.
(d) Process and risk base thinking are used.
(e) Ensuring the availability of the resources
(f) Effective communication of requirement of Information
Security management
(g) The
process objectives are achieved
(h) Engaging, directing and supporting persons to contribute to the effectiveness of
the ISMS and promoting improvement.
