The organization has
determined and provided resources
that needed for establishment,
implementation , maintenance and continual improvement of Information Security
Management System s.
7.2
Competence : The organization has a defined criteria for
the competence level required for the
various positions . The same is available in the HR manual of the organization.
While
appointing the new person for a particular post, the same is compared in terms
of Education , training or experience.
If
the enhancement of the competence is required and it is provided through training etc. the effectiveness of the training imparted are
maintained.
Training needs to be identified for the various levels and plan accordingly.
