How to become ISO 14001 lead auditor?

In today’s era, most of the organisation are ISO 14001 Certified and top and middle management of most of the organisation need to understand requirements of ISO 14001-2015. Each organisation needs to be aware with requirement of ISO 14001 or need to hire independent consultant for ISO 14001 Certification. Most of the organisation prefer to hire own team member or train their internal staff to understand the requirement of the ISO 14001, therefore ISO 14001 Lead Auditor which is also called QMS Lead Auditor become very important for each organisation.

Who can Join ISO Lead Auditor Training Course?

Anyone who have analytical skill can attend the lead auditor training course. Most of the training organisation does not have any requirements for Lead Auditor, but some organisation put requirements like 12^th Pass or Graduation or any other similar educational qualification.

Can a fresher be ISO Lead auditor?

There is not specific experience requirement for attending lead auditor training, therefore any one may attend the training which is for 5 days and need to pass the exam with 70% marks to become qualified lead auditor. Normally training have 2 parameter either to become ISO 14001 Lead Auditor and Lead Implementer. For the lead auditor course, normally 3 module are part of the course, one is related Management System standards, Auditing Skill module and Lead Auditing Skill to lead the audit team.

How to apply for ISO 14001 Lead Auditor Training Course?

·       Register with Training Provider TNV.

·       Training duration is 40 house which is normally covered in 5 Days

·       Go through the basic study of the standard to under basic of Auditing Concepts.

·       You will be provided with Courseware & Standard Copy to read.

·       Appear in the Exam on the last Day and score 70% which is not very difficult, mostly more than 90% secure this percentage in exam.

·       Result will be processed by Certification Body in 4–6 week , please note that TNV give you result in 7 days.
