Type of Management System Standards
Accreidtation Board chosen
Certification Body Chosen
Number of employees
Number of Processes (Process Line)
Level of risk associated with the scope of services of the organisation
Complexity of the management system
The number of working shifts and many factors.
Further Certification is one cost, except to Certifcation, organsiation need to implement the standerds and cost of implementation is variable.
