X Isolated examples of instruments or test
equipment uncalibrated or out of calibration date.
X Isolated examples of obsolete documents
retained in quality manual, procedures manuals or work instructions.

examples of unauthorized and unrecorded drawing changes
X Isolated
examples of drawings unchecked.
Auditors must remember that any
nonconformities raised should not be of a trivial nature. The audit process is there to add value to an
organization and the raising of non value adding nonconformities, will only
result in the whole audit process not helping the organization to move forward.
